- Students involved in the Art Link program are in the seventh grade. Art classes meet once a week and learn about art history, production, aesthetics and art criticism. The students come from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- Description of the Town or City My Students Come From:
- Sutherland School is located in Beverly which of one 77 communities within the city of Chicago. Beverly is a diverse neighborhood that dates back to the late 1890's. It has a rich cultural history and is in close proximity to downtown Chicago.
