Tallinn I Boarding School is an educational institution for children with special needs. The school educates 250 pupils. This year school is celebrating its 85th anniversary. I teach 11-18 year old boys and girls.
Description of the Town or City My Students Come From:
The unique value of Tallinn’s Old Town lies first and foremost in the well-preserved completeness of its medieval milieu and structure, which has been lost in most of the capitals of northern Europe. Since 1997, the Old Town of Tallinn has been on UNESCO’s World Heritage list. http://www.tourism.tallinn.ee/eng/fpage/explore/attractions/oldtown

Hi Silvia,
We were thrilled to receive the artwork from your class. I think our students are very similiar. My students had several comments that they wanted me to tell you. "Thank you."" It looks nice." "They are very colorful." " It looks like you're happy."
They saw some similarities in our cultures namely: watching tv, riding bikes, having many cars around and working hard at school.
They also had some questions. What is a movie bus?" "What games do you play at school?" "Is the sleeping baby your sister?" "What kind of cars do you have?" "What is your cat's name?" "Where do the people sleep who don't have their own home?"
We are putting your art work on display in our school. This has been a great experience. We look forward to hearing from you.
